This is Dave Jolly, holding the Olympic torch.
I went out to see it, since I probably will never see the torch in person again.
There was a lot of people there.

Apparently not.
The guys name is Dave Jolly and he isn't the mayor of Bolton. I was misinformed.
He gave a lot of money to charity and helped set up a sports programme or something like that.
